Every Exotic Decor product passes through a rigorous, multi-stage manufacturing process — ensuring lasting beauty, structural integrity and surface perfection.
The Journey
From forest to your floor — each stage is controlled, measured and quality-assured.
We source our hardwoods exclusively from FSC-aligned suppliers across Europe and Asia. Each timber lot is hand-inspected for grain quality, moisture content and structural integrity before being approved for production.
Our 3-layer pine wood and high-quality plywood cores are precision-cut and bonded under controlled high pressure and temperature. This cross-ply construction gives our floors dimensional stability — critical in India's varying humidity and temperature conditions.
Premium natural hardwood veneers (2–4mm) are carefully bonded to the engineered core using E1-grade, low-formaldehyde adhesives. The bond is tested for delamination resistance under both heat and moisture exposure.
Our finishing line applies UV-cured hardwax oils, lacquers, or smoked finishes depending on the product specification. Wire-brushing, hand-scraping and bevelling are done at this stage for textured products.
Every board, panel, door and shutter is individually inspected against our quality matrix — checking for surface defects, dimensional tolerances, moisture levels and finish consistency. Only products that pass all checks proceed to packaging.
We offer white-glove pan-India delivery with professional installation support. For export orders, products are packed in moisture-resistant export-grade packaging and shipped worldwide via our logistics partners.
